La Serrania is produced by a group of smallholding farmers in the mountains of Huila, Colombia. Producers pick, wash, and dry their coffee at their own farms, then deliver it to a local bodega or purchasing station where our partners at origin analyze and grade every delivery, paying premium prices for higher quality lots. The EA decaf process uses all natural byproducts of sugar cane fermentation to safely remove caffeine without harming flavor.
