Our holiday gift box program started in 2015 as a way to celebrate some of our favorite coffees and as a mechanism for highlighting relationships we’ve formed with producer partners through the years. This season’s offering is comprised of two exceptional Pacamara variety coffees from Finca de Dios in Guatemala.

Finca de Dios Pacamara Reserva Gift Set

Finca de Dios is a beautiful farm owned and operated by a family dedicated to quality, sustainability, and transparency.

The Prentice family achieves consistently exceptional quality through responsible stewardship of their land, meticulous care of their plants, and immaculate post-harvest processing. They perform rigorous quality control to produce some of the best lots available anywhere in Guatemala, and it’s a true family effort to get there.

Finca de Dios produces an extremely small amount of Pacamara, but the work is well worth it. It bursts with the best the variety has to offer: ripe tropical fruits, vibrant acidity, and a juicy body. This season’s offering is comprised of two separate harvests of the exceptional Pacamara variety from Finca de Dios in Guatemala.

This is our second year buying directly from Finca de Dios. We scored this lot an 88 and purchased 46kg for $7.50/lb FOB, on a day when the Coffee Commodity price was $0.97/lb.
